The Ederra Travel Planning Experience
Every journey I create is rooted in collaboration, expertise, and a deep understanding of what meaningful travel looks like to you. My process is intentionally personal, refined, and tailored — ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully handled so you can travel with ease and confidence.
1. Discovery Call
We’ll begin with a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore your travel goals, vision, and preferences. This is our chance to connect, discuss initial ideas, and determine how I can best support you. After our call, I’ll follow up with a personalized planning proposal and fee quote.
2. Proposal & Planning Fee
Based on the scope, complexity, and length of your trip, I’ll confirm a planning fee and send over a client agreement. Once the planning fee is received, your journey officially begins.
3. Design & Booking
This is where your itinerary comes to life. I’ll craft a personalized plan that reflects your travel rhythm, interests, and style — including destination recommendations, curated accommodations, private guides, exclusive experiences, and seamless logistics. I manage all vendor coordination on your behalf.
If you've selected the concierge add-on, I’ll also handle reservations for dining, spa, events, and other special touches during this phase.
4. Pre-Travel Preparation
You’ll receive a beautifully organized digital itinerary, along with key confirmations, destination tips, and travel notes. Prior to departure, I reconfirm every detail to ensure everything runs smoothly. Depending on the trip, we may schedule a final call to walk through the itinerary and answer any questions.
5. In-Travel Support
While you're traveling, both Ederra Travel and our trusted local partners are available to assist should anything arise. My goal is for you to feel cared for and fully supported from start to finish — with help just a message away.
