Ederra Travel is an Independent Contractor operating under the Seller of Travel License of our host agency, TRAVELLUSTRE.

  • California Seller of Travel Registration #: CST 2162113-50

  • This Seller of Travel is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.

  • California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond.
    This business has a bond issued by The Cincinnati Insurance Company in the amount of $25,000.00.

All service fees for California residents are processed through our host agency, TRAVELLUSTRE, as required under California law.

Ederra Travel is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.

California Residents

California residents may request, once per calendar year, the following:

(i) A list of categories of Personal Information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes
(ii) The names and addresses of those third parties

To submit a request, email maider@ederratravel.com with “California Disclosure Information” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days of receipt, or within 150 days if the request is sent to an alternate address.
